Customer service
Customer service for requests for state-provided legal aid and state compensation for victims is available by calling the toll-free information line: 80001801 or in person at Pils laukums 4, Riga.
Customer service in person:
Tuesdays: 09:00 to 12:00;
Thursdays from 14:00 to 17:00.
The heads of the Court Administration of the Republic of Latvia receive visitors at 6 Antonijas Street, Riga, on the first Monday of each month from 15.00 to 17.00.
Visits must be booked by phone +371 67063800 or by e-mail pasts@ta.gov.lv indicating the purpose of the visit.
