The Legal Aid Administration shall respond to natural persons with regard to questions concerning the State ensured legal aid.
Leaving the application without examination or other refusal to reply to the application shall be deemed as actual action of the institution, which is subject contesting and appeal as an administrative act.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    Submit a written submission for legal aid – a completed legal aid application form, as well as copies of documents certifying the information referred to in the form, including the right to request the State ensured legal assistance.
    If the State ensured legal assistance is requested by the authorised person, then the State ensured legal assistance request submission form, shall be appended to the original mandate.
