Process description

  1. Service requests
    The person shall apply to a court:
    • with an application including request to grant the State ensured legal aid;
    • within initiated legal proceedings with a request to grant the State ensured legal aid.

    A judge (a court), taking into account the complexity of the matter and financial situation of a natural person, shall take a decision with regard to granting of the State ensured legal aid.
    The Legal Aid Administration, within 7 days after receipt of the judge (court) decision, shall assign a legal aid provider to a person, and notify the court or the person regarding thereof.

    The service is received in accordance with the choice of enquiry
