Submission of a written application for financial support — completed form, as well as documents certifying that the competent authority of a foreign state has alerted or initiated proceedings regarding the withdrawal of child care rights; refusal of a foreign authority to provide legal aid or proof that there is no legal aid system in a foreign state, legal aid in the relevant category of cases is not provided for whether the provision of legal aid cannot be initiated or continued due to circumstances independent from the Latvian national; information regarding the legal aid provider.Receipt of services
