Provision of legal assistance provided by the State - provision of legal advice, preparation of procedural documents and provision of legal assistance at the hearing - in the Constitutional Court proceedings.
Legal aid may be obtained if a person has filed a constitutional complaint to the Constitutional Court and the Constitutional Court has taken a decision regarding refusal to initiate a case, stating, as the only basis, the absence of legal grounds or its apparent deficiency in satisfying the claim.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    A submission regarding legal aid in the Constitutional Court proceedings shall be submitted - a completed legal aid request form, a decision of the Constitutional Court and documents attesting the right of a person to receive legal aid provided by the State.
    The application shall be submitted not later than two months before the expiry of the time period specified for the submission of the constitutional complaint.
